PROGRAMS

Saint Philip offers both Preschool and Pre-K programs, as well as our new program for Two's (Roaming Rembrandt's). You can view more about our individual classes by clicking on the programs to the left.

Our programs are based on each child's social, emotional, intellectual, and physical developmental needs. Children are happy and secure when they have plenty of opportunities to succeed each day. Success instills self-confidence, and self-confident children approach learning as fun and actively search for information and solutions to problems. As a result, they develop into well-rounder, capable adults. Much of what we do with children is designed to facilitate the development of self-confidence.

Each child is assigned to his/her class depending upon age an developmental level. A specific curriculum had been designed for each age group to accurately match the child's developmental level.

Curriculum Highlights are listed on our weekly curriculum posted at our schools art center area. Incorporated into our curriculum are: autonomy and good social skills good work habits and listening skills, participation in small and large group activities, development of small and large motor skills, music and movement, the arts, language arts and phonetic awareness. We also share Old Testament Bible stories and prayer. Early math, cooking experiences and science are included with our themed topics. The parent newsletter will give you upcoming curriculum details for the months ahead.
